She graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2020 with honours and was awarded the prestigious Marshall Swan Prize. Following graduation, she moved from Belfast to Edinburgh to begin her career as a general dentist.
Abigail recently joined the practice in August 2025. She has completed multiple postgraduate qualifications and became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2021. She gained a postgraduate diploma in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry in 2024 and is currently undertaking a postgraduate certificate in implant dentistry, which enables her to place and restore dental implants.
Abigail has a particular interest in helping anxious patients and is a competent and safe IV sedationist. She has been a member of the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD) since 2022, following the guidelines of good practice set out by this organisation.
Abigail enjoys all aspects of her work and strives to achieve her patients’ goals through minimally invasive dentistry, combining implant and restorative dentistry for a full mouth treatment plan. She is a comprehensive and holistic practitioner with a keen interest in incorporating oral health into your general health and wellbeing.
Outside of dentistry, Abigail enjoys keeping fit and being outdoors as well as spending time with family and friends.
