She brings a wealth of experience across a wide range of dentistry, predominantly in the private sector, coupled with her positive and enthusiastic energy. Penny’s approach is a caring and empathetic one, regularly receiving feedback on how comfortable she makes her patients feel. Penny relishes the human side as much as the clinical one and always takes time to understand her patients’ needs and wants, holistically treating them, in order to deliver a quality result.
She finds dealing with nervous patients especially rewarding, particularly when patients overcome their fear of the dental surgery and can see how life-changing it can be. She really enjoys getting to know her patients and is committed to supporting their treatment journey as their dentist. Penny believes that cosmetic dentistry is an amazing tool to help give people confidence. She especially enjoys the process of working with her patients, with an aspiration to always try to give her patients the smile they have dreamed of.
She was the first cohort to complete the Professional Certificate in Clear Aligner Therapy through Invisalig, which she thoroughly enjoyed. She has also completed numerous composite bonding courses and is continuously learning about the most up-to-date techniques. She loves being able to offer a comprehensive aesthetic service, which provides a beautiful result that will last for years.
Penny has a natural flair for creativity, which, combined with her years of technical dental experience, provides the perfect combination towards delivering beautiful aesthetic results, which can be life-changing.
Outside of work, Penny is committed to both personal and professional growth. She lives an active life, enjoying weight training, running, cycling and paddleboard adventures with her partner, Duncan. She is also an avid reader and podcast listener – always looking for inspiration and ideas to improve her life and that of those around her. She loves to cook and bake and has become proficient in sourdough bread making. She does all of this while juggling being a mum to her three children and two dogs.
